Common financial engineering is a set of sciences or techniques that seek to find new and effective ways to provide optimal funding in the institutional framework of a system governing liberal economics. The main question is whether it is possible to achieve the goals and strategies of the Islamic financial system by simulating them. In order to get the answer, the article first describes the historical and functional course of current Islamic finance and its analysis and pathology. The prevailing approach of Islamic finance is the common passive method (adaptation, simulation, and correction), the common denominator of which is the emphasis on the reconstruction and signing of the achievements of Marginalismin the financial economy. Research at this level, by employing the system of jurisprudence, lacks a specific methodology in line with the objectives. In addition to the problem of lack of consensus on financial issues, the passive approach is associated with risks such as compliance and lack of coordination of components, widespread use of hail, complexity, which in general causes the uncertainty of contract rules and the philosophy of usury. And other certain rules have been applied to transactions. This approach led to the opposition's ridicule and the Islamic Republic's failure to distinguish the common from the common. It is suggested that in the first step, with the approach of systematization and the idea of moderation of jurisprudence, to discover the economic economy from the interests of jurisprudence and ethics and within its framework and in accordance with the goals of patterns, tools and institutions of Islamic financial system to meet real financial needs.

Having a fundamental attitude to the issue of financial institutions, the present article maintains that it is necessary for an Islamic financial system to reconsider the issue of innovation, trying to produce an Islamic financial engineering to get rid of its present inactivity.The term "financial engineering", as far as its specific sense is concerned, provides the tool for the development of an Islamic financial system, thus it is not restricted to the conventional meaning of the term, which refers to its financial derivations.The first fundamental issue necessary to be taken into consideration on the way to produce an Islamic financial engineering, to which no specific attention has been paid so far, is to think of its structure. To this end, it is obligatory to consider the process of innovation and its restrictions and challenges on the one hand, and the opportunities and necessities on the other. The next important stage on the way to get to Islamic financial engineering is to pay attention to the principles related to the issue and its Islamic and religious foundations. As a matter of fact, fundamental policy of Islamic financial engineering can only be determined through the Islamic foundations, and their financial and scientific principles.In the end, having recognized the current conditions of Islamic financial system, having explained the strategies and policies of such a system and having determined the ultimate goals and attitudes of the system, we will extract the central foundations and principles of Islamic financial engineering.

According to evolutions of economics specially in financial area, the experts created Financial Engineering in recent decades in order to coordinate these evolution and developments, which design new instruments in financial area and manage the risk of these instruments. In order to interaction with these evolution, the Islamic economics created one branch of Islamic financial economics as Islamic Financial Engineering. The Islamic Financial Engineering considers not only the maximum efficiency but also the common Ebaheh principle so as to match the instruments with Islam religion in designing the instruments. The most important instruments designed and highly accepted by the Islamic investors are Sakouk and types of it. In this article, the researcher tries not only to introduce and explain the necessity of Financial Engineering, but also the designed instruments in this discipline in detail and does a kind of analysis between ordinary Financial Engineering and Islamic type of it. In this paper, the juridical views about ordinary Financial Engineering and its instruments will be introduced and if possible the designed instruments by the Islamic financial engineers which are being developed daily, will be explained.

Very few attention has been attracted toward the way the investors should enter to the new industries. In this article we have tried to assess the venture capital investments in energy sector and define determinants of emergence of new sectors in the market. In spite of very big opportunities in the market, just 2 to 5 percent of the investments in venture capital have been allocated to energy. Resistance is one of the fundamental Quranic values in the cause of the development of the Islamic society and the formation of the Islamic civilization, which means standing and resisting against something has upset the balance in internal and external dimensions. The formation of this value in the society as one of the methods of the conventional model of human life in the fields of human life; So that its manifestation can be observed in the totality of social behaviors, it is called the culture of resistance (Problem statement). The purpose of this article is the achievement of the engineering process of this value in a society based on the growth-oriented thought (ideological) system of the Holy Quran (Purpose). Now the question is what process does the Holy Quran propose in order to engineer the culture of resistance in the society? (Question). The necessity of examining this issue is clear considering the emphasis of religious teachings on this value and the need for Islamic societies, especially considering the current conditions of Islam and the need for convergence and coordination between the resistance front (Necessity). The research method in stating the engineering process and its components is qualitative content analysis with an analogy approach (Method). The findings of the research show that the engineering process of resistance culture is based on a self-awareness and purposefulness, according to the idea of Quranic growth, in a three-stage process that leads to the happiness of man and human society (Conclusion).
